I do not see any live chat, but they have a contact form, several email addresses and phone numbers as well as a mailing address in New York City.
Security & Fairness
UpInFin is not licensed or regulated. Now that does not necessarily mean that this broker is a scam. But it does help to be regulated because most traders feel safer doing business with licensed brokers.
UpInFin does state that all client funds are held in separate accounts. And it seems the broker abides by all anti-money laundering regulations.
I also looked for complaints against UpInFin and I find very few except the normal ones where traders blame the broker for their bad decisions in trading.
